Ways to pay

Sales Tax
The owner of CHUU.com/KimonoLily.com, CHUU Inc, is a business corporation registered with the State of New York. Please note that customers who live in the State of New York are subject to appropriate sales tax for purchases with CHUU.com/KimonoLily.com. Sales tax is not collected from customers who reside outside of the State of New York.

Returns
If for any reasons you are not completely satisfied with your order, CHUU.com/KimonoLily.com gladly accepts return for a refund within seven (7) days from receipt of your order. However, the customer is responsible for 20% restocking fee, all shipping costs, and any duty or tariff charges. The shipping & handling fee you paid to purchase your item is not refundable. Only if you receive item in error, we will refund all charges including shipping. Special offer items and SALE items are not refundable.

1. The customer must notify us within 2 days from receipt of merchandise at 1-800-963-2488.

2. Please enclose item to be returned in its original packaging or sturdy box/envelope together with a copy of your receipt.

3. Ship within 7 days from receipt of your order. For your protection, we advise you to return your item with tracking or insurance service added to the package.

Please return item in original condition to give others the same chance to fully enjoy it. Almost all items on our website are unique and unfortunately, not reproducible. If item is returned with any damages or assessed different from original condition, CHUU.com/KimonoLily.com reserve the right to reject return or increase restocking fee. 

To process your refund quickly, please call us at 1-800-963-2488, indicating your name and order number, after you shipped your return. You can expect a refund within 45 business days of our receiving your return. You will be informed by email once the refund is completed.

International Shipping
CHUU.com/KimonoLily.com has shipped to destinations all over the world, from Europe to Asia, Middle East, South America and Oceania and look forward to shipping to your country next.

All shipments to international destinations are conveyed by United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise requested for a particular carrier service in advance of order. Shipping & handling includes full insurance coverage. Feel free to navigate through our site to find out the exact shipping cost of your order. Unless you click the "Place an Order" button at the very end of our site, you are not entitled for payment of any orders.

Please note that you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies and tax rates vary widely from country to country. Once a shipment leaves the United States, unfortunately we have no control over these charges or delays. If there are any delays to your order, it is likely that your package is held at your customs. You should contact your local customs office or post office for further information and assistance.

Hold Function
This is a special service for customers who have ordered at CHUU.com/KimonoLily.com in the past (excludes eBay auction). 
If you are a repeat customer interested in ordering an item, but cannot make up your mind just yet, you can reserve up to 2 items on our website for 5 business days (excludes sales/bargain items and eBay items). Simply contact us by email or phone and let us know which item you would like to reserve. 

Once the item is reserved for you, you will receive our confirmation email, and a HOLD sign will appear under the reserved item. The item is not purchasable until you contact us again. 
We will try to hold the item for you as quickly as possible, but please note that on weekdays before and after the working hours and on the weekends, we may not be able to respond to your request until the next working hours. 

Please contact us within 5 business days after receipt of our confirmation email. If we do not hear from you by the sixth business day, the Hold sign will disappear and you will not be able to reserve the same item again. However, the same item can be reserved for further 2 weeks upon payment of a 15 % non-refundable deposit on the fifth business day.
New customers and other repeat customers, please do not hesitate contacting us about the availability of items with the HOLD signs.
